Terms and Conditions

• All fees are to be paid in full upon registration.
• Any data collected from the participants will be used by the organiser only during the period of this event, unless prior consent has been given by the participant.
• Please refer to the cancellation policy for any cancellation inquiries.
• Substitutions can be made at any time throughout this event.
• The organiser of SHInE 2026 reserves the right to make alterations, changes, and postponements to the programme, venue & timings.
• The organiser shall not be held responsible for views expressed by speakers, sponsors, and/or exhibitors.
• The organiser will not be held liable for any loss during the conference.

Refund Policy:

By registering for our event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the registration fee:

• Non-Refundable Fee: The registration fee for this event is non-refundable and non-transferable to any future events. Once your payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• Transferable to Another Person: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending. In such cases, you have the option to transfer your registration to another person. To do so, please contact our registration team at least 1 month prior to the conference with the details of the person to whom you'd like to transfer your registration. Once the registration is transferred to another person, the original registrant will no longer have access to SHInE 2026 or its associated benefits.
• No Double Booking: You are responsible for ensuring that the person you transfer your registration to does not already have a registration for the event. Duplicate registrations refund for the same individual will not be honored.

Consideration for Refund Requirement: If you believe that a refund is genuinely required due to special circumstances, you may submit a written request to the SHInE 2026 organiser explaining your situation. While we cannot guarantee that your request will be approved, we will consider each case on an individual basis and may provide exceptions at the organiser’s discretion.
