. Frank Wee is the Managing Director of Insights Analytics Berhad (IAB), a Sarawak-based company focused on solutions for critical infrastructure and utility management. With over two decades of experience in information systems and infrastructure technology, he brings a practitioner's perspective on deploying real-time data and simulation platforms in complex, regulated environments. Frank's work spans water utilities, infrastructure and smart cities — sectors where digital twins are already reshaping operational decision-making. He brings those hard-won implementation lessons to the healthcare context, where the technology's potential is significant and largely untapped. He is a Professional Technologist registered with the Malaysian Board of Technologists.
